Monthly Retainers

Cancel anytime with 15 days notice. No refund for the current billing month once work has commenced.

Project Fees

Refunds available on a pro-rata basis for unbegun deliverables.

Ad Spend

Media spend paid to platforms (Google, Meta) is non-refundable.
