Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our services.
Deposits: project deposits reserve our team's time and are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
Cancellations: you may cancel a project in writing. You will be billed for work completed up to the cancellation date.
Refunds: where a service has not commenced, eligible deposits may be refunded. Refund requests are reviewed case by case.
